Daco 3 In-Line
The Daco 3 inline turret rewinder is a very
flexible converting machine. The 3 spindle
turret offers quick change over times, which
coupled with a touch screen HMI operator
interface makes the machine both interactive and
user friendly. The operator can select from
either length or a given number of labels per
roll and the machine will then automatically cut
and transfer the web without stopping. The
finished rolls are automatically ejected from
the machine leaving the operator only to load
cores. When used on the end of any rotary press,
(no interlinking is required), and with just an
electrical and pneumatic supply it is ready for
production.
Daco 3 Combi
- Inline or offline use without modification
The Daco 3 Combi Turret Rewinder offers the
most flexible converting machine available
today. Its unique design allows both inline and
offline operation without modification. The 3
spindle turret offers quick change over times,
which coupled with a touch screen HMI operator
interface makes the machine both interactive and
user friendly.
When used inline the machine can be simply
positioned on the end of any rotary printing
press, (no inter-linking is required), and with
just an electrical and pneumatic supply it is
ready for production.
The Daco PLD
- Rotary Die Cutter/Turret Rewinder
The Daco PLD 250 offers all the benefits of
turret rewinding but with very quick make ready
times unlike conventional rewinding. This allows
shorter runs to be produced both quickly and
more efficiently. The machine is available as a
rewinder, or with the addition of a rotary die
cutter it is a cost effective solution to blank
/ plain label converting with a production speed
of 150m/minute. The PLD is available with either
one or two rotary die stations.
Daco TD
- Plain Label Turret Rewinder / Die Cutter
The Daco TD turret rewinder is the ideal machine
for producing plain labels automatically with
little operator input. The machine is equipped
with a high capacity 1m (40") unwind to keep
master roll changes to a minimum. The 3 spindle
turret offers quick change over times, which
coupled with a touch screen HMI operator
interface makes the machine both interactive and
user friendly. The machine can be configured
with either one or two rotary die stations.
There is a host of optional equipment which
enables you to specify a very adaptable
