Artwork : Adobe PDF Files

The easiest and most reliable way to supply a document file is to convert it into a print quality PDF file.  The PDF file should be editable and have any fonts converted to curves/outlines.  We recommend that you create any PDF files with Adobe Acrobat as it produces consistent print quality PDF files.  Some other PDF generating files can produce problems when we try to import files.

PDF files are best because they help ensure that your document can be produced exactly as intended, in the shortest possible time, with minimal additional artwork costs.

We recommend you open the PDF file and check it before sending it to us to ensure that thing has changed during file conversion from the originating software application.

PDF stands for Portable Document Format.  The PDF file was developed by Adobe Systems to make it easy to move documents from one computer to another. The PDF format does this by making the file fully self-contained, it includes all the fonts, graphics and layout information necessary to print your document correctly. PDF files are created using Adobe Acrobat software.
